Are you sitting for long hours ?
Would you like to improve your posture (but not sure how ) ?
Do you breathe freely, without tension ?

An easy, natural upright posture enables you to breathe better. Conversely, freeing your breathing will help to improve your posture.

Learn to free habitual patterns of posture and breathing with
Awareness through Movement lessons® (Feldenkrais Method® ).
Are you curious about the Feldenkrais Method ? This would be a great introduction.

Fee: $90, early bird (26th April) $70

You will :
Be guided through a variety of lessons , both sitting and lying down.
Go away with techniques that you can use in your everyday life.
Have notes to take home.
Experience better posture, freer breathing.
"Me time" and a chance to de-stress.
A yummy afternoon tea
