COMPLETE KIDS PLAY FORT

Rebecca from Maupuia

I'm selling both items as a complete package.

Trampoline

Springfree Trampoline, which has a step, two anchors (I have lived in the windiest of suburbs and it has not moved a mm). Also there is basketball hoop which fits onto it which is not attached at the moment.  It's in reasonable condition apart from there is a hole in the net and the zip has broken! I use Jim's Mowing of Wellington who are Springfree reps who take them down at a fee of $140. This could be negotiable if serious interest.

Play Fort

One Wooden Hut which has had Vinyl laid on the floor
One Bridge which has Monkey bars underneath
At the end of walkway there is a Viewing Platform with a fireman's pole for kids to come down on.
There is a basketball hoop attached on the walkway
One Climbing Rope
One Swing which attaches on Monkey Bars (not in pic)
One Trapeze which fits underneath viewing platform (not shown on photos)
One Single Hammock
Rock Climbing steps positioned at back of Hut to climb up.
Rubber Mats for safety purposes.

This will need to be taken broken down at my property and assembled by either yourselves or a competent builder to assist you. This is in really good condition.

The materials and labour cost me around $4000 and the Trampoline cost around $2000 receipt and booklets included.

Available for Appointment to view but please no time wasters. Feel free to ask me any questions.

Selling on trademe also

Price: $2,500

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
