This 75min webinar is on how stress affects people with diabetes, focusing on tips and techniques on how to reduce stress in your life through mindfulness and self compassion. Diabetes Wellington is pleased to have health psychologist Dr Anna Friis, PhD speak on this important topic. Anna is a certified Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) teacher and a psychologist. She specialises in mindfulness and compassion-based therapy.
Free for members or $10 for non members. Please get in touch with the office to register for this class if you are not a member of Diabetes Wellington. All members will be emailed the link.
