Actors needed to play Becky Thatcher and the Minister in The Adventures of Tom Sawyer

Tanya Piejus from

A fresh acting opportunity has arisen for a teenage girl and an adult man in KAT's production of The Adventures of Tom Sawyer.
Rehearsals have started and now our Becky (main female character) and our Minister (small cameo role) have had to pull out, so we are looking once more for a young woman/teenager to play a 14-year-old girl and an adult man to play a church minister in this lively (and very famous) coming-of-age story set in the 1840s.
Your commitment would be to rehearsals on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Sunday afternoons (the Minister won't be required for all of them) and Thursday to Sunday performances on July 22 to 31.

Interested? Ring director Lynn Coory 027 600 5366 today.

Poll: Should drivers retake the theory test every 10 years?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Drivers get where they need to go, but sometimes it seems that we are all abiding by different road rules (for example, the varying ways drivers indicate around a roundabout).
Do you think drivers should be required to take a quick driving theory test every 10 years?

Vote in the poll and share any road rules that you've seen bent! 😱
