12 Important Questions to ask when Choosing your Property Manager (Part 4 of 6)

Andrew from Personal Property Management

7) If things turn sour, under what conditions can I cancel my management contract?
PPM answer: We believe we’ll keep your business with our great service. We aren’t worried that you’ll be looking for the door, so should you wish to part ways, we only require 1 months’ notice.

9) How many rentals do you currently manage?
PPM answer: I personally manage 54. Our maximum number of properties that one person can manage in our company is 75. We do this on purpose so that we still have time to deal with any issues on a personal basis – to us you are not a number and when you call, we will be there.
