Lost bike part, Plunket Street Kelburn
Posted on behalf of Shelley Blaker: I was putting my bike in my car this morning at around 8.30am on Plunket St and have left behind a part on the pavement. I went back at around 11 and checked but it was gone and I was wondering if anyone that was around that area might have kept it to look after before trying to hand it in somewhere. The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
