12 Important Questions to ask when Choosing your Property Manager (Part 3 of 6)

Andrew from Personal Property Management

5) How long are your properties typically vacant?
PPM answer: Minimising vacancies is key, so we endeavour to have little downtime between tenancies on average I would say about 5 days

6) What miscellaneous fees could I be charged for the management of my property?
PPM answer: We don’t charge monthly administration fees, set up fees, photography fees, advertising costs or a percentage on top of all bills paid on your behalf as is common, all this is covered in the management fee and letting fee. The only extra cost in Inspections which we do depending on what your insurance provider needs – normally every three months.

This means no surprises on your rental statements.

For more details on fees and how we operate please call Andrew on 0274888933
