Local Body Elections

Catherine from Karori

Those not voting in Local Body Elections for Wellington, there is an excellent debate on Stuff "Local elections 2019: Wellington's dwindling voter turnout for local body elections".
Rates will be increased to pay for various developments in the city, so best to put in your say for what you want!!

In my neck of the woods, I am delighted by the quick response, community engagement and immediate attention given to repairing and making fit for purpose, the walking track at the top of Woodhouse Avenue.

This is used by retired peoples walking clubs, dog walkers, runners, teenagers, people wanting to be with and appreciate the natural environment. Home also to the many bird species which have exceptional growth in numbers. Great work Andy Foster.
