Movie on the Green
The forecast is fabulous and we are very excited that you are joining us on Saturday for Bills and Ted's Excellent Adventure. Here is some further information to ensure you have the best time on the day.
The gates open @ 6pm, Saturday 7 March. The movie starts @ sunset (approx 7.55pm). Movie finishes 9.30pm.
Come early to make the most of our fantastic food and licensed bar from 6pm to 8.00pm.
Don't forget to:
* print off your tickets or have them handy on your phone
* bring cash to purchase meals, treats and raffles (eftpos at bar and gates only, no cash out, no credit)
* bring your own plastic cup, water bottle and plate to support our low waste event, or simply hire one from us
* bring something to sit on (picnic rug and bean bags are our favourite), warm clothes or blankets and a torch for when the sun goes down
* tell your friends and family there are cash/eftpos sales at the gate and still time to buy online
Food options include;
* BBQ sausages and burgers (veg & g/f options)
* Vegan Vietnamese rolls
* Crafty pies
* Rocky road & hot chocolate
* Movie snacks, lollies, ice-cream, chippies, chocolate

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
