For the first seven days (at least) following an earthquake, you will be relying on your own stored water and wastewater plans. We want to know if you have what it takes to be a Water Hero!

Water heroes are people who are prepared. You may not have any control when it comes to a major earthquake and its impact on the region, but you do have control about how you will respond and how prepared you and your family are.

Let us know how you're going by filling in our quick quiz and you'll be in the draw to win a Weber Baby Q BBQ and an emergency water pack!

Competition closes 5pm, Monday 4 March 2019.

"Stuffy"? "Boring"? Look again!

Jane Fisher from Newtown Toastmasters

"If your initial impression of Toastmasters was that of a stuffy, boring organisation where people gave toasts to each other, then I think you should look again". (Scott H. Young)

We agree - and next Wednesday (13 February) would be the perfect time :) Message us for more information.

Brick Bats to New World Miramar wednesday 24th Jan

Geffrey from Strathmore Park

So he missed the 4 nectarines but charged me $36 for a fruit platter which I never bought. Annie fixed it all up for me but here is the warning EVERYONE. Check your receipts is imperative I think and how many other mistakes are made if you don't check.
I phboned management very apologetic but think more care needs to be taken tha we the custome do not pay for something we never bought. so today a BIG BOO BOO BOO for NEW WORLD Miramar Geoff
