⚠️ WALLACE ST CLOSED FROM SUNDAY 5 JANUARY ⚠️
From Sunday, Wallace Street will be closed to through traffic until mid-2020.
This will allow us to install major new drinking water pipes in Wallace St that will connect to the future new Omāroro water reservoir.
Expect traffic delays and if you’re driving, please consider using an alternative route, or other modes of transport.
Cyclists, walkers, scooter users will be able to safely access Wallace St at all times.
Thank you for your understanding as we carry out this important work improving the resilience of Wellington’s water supply.
