I've opened a new yoga and relaxation studio in Titahi Bay
Kia ora everyone. After having long Covid for over a year, I had to leave my job and change my life. I just wasn't getting any better. Anyway, long story short, I've retrained as a yoga nidra and restorative yoga teacher - relaxation! Gentle poses, breathing, and listening to a gentle guided voice basically saved me last year. Now I'm supporting others who need some relief from anxiety, stress, body aches, tension, and feeling *hitty. I teach from my own experience and I hope I can be of use. 5-class series BeCalm Yourself starts the week of 4 June. Wednesday night Yoga Nidra classes available too. Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
