New Sunday yin yoga classes

Kia ora, neighbours. I have been so thankful to teach yin yoga on Fridays to a lovely group of ladies and now am able to add a Sunday afternoon class. Starting this Sunday, the 19th, I will now offer a 4:30 class from my home in Ngaio( in addition to Fridays at 10am and 7pm).

Classes are for women only and very small- only 4 people, so you can get lots of assistance if you need it. Yin yoga is gentle so nearly anyone can enjoy it. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or have never tried yoga at all, yin yoga is accessible and customisable.

Classes are 75 minutes. Your first class is free and then $20 after that. Please email or text if you are interested in joining us or if you have any questions. 022.655.0347. amberinaro@gmail.com
