NZ Coach buses damaged my car, didn't stop to leave a note, now being rude

Roger from Newtown

Hi Anyone else had their parked car damaged by an NZ Coach bus and the driver didn't even notice, then don't seem to care when they're told of the accident? I live in Adelaide Road, Newtown, and park my car on the road. Wednesday I went out to drive, the front bumper was hanging off and on the road. If it wasn't for a really kind motorist who put a note on the windscreen telling me it was a bus that did it, I would have had no idea - the bus driver didn't stop. I rang the company, the manager's attitude was really arrogant, no apology, just let insurance do it. And now they're not communicating to tell me any progress.

Anyone else had this happen? If so what do I do to hurry them along? Thanks, please let me know, I want my car back!
