We have a trailer loaded and ready to go of clean mixed fill. It is off of the driveway so is a mix of Builders Mix and Topsoil. Would be good as a base course. Flat accessible site in Breaker Bay. 0223270851

The best thing you can do to keep yourself, your family and pets safe is know what toxic algae looks like and avoid it.
The algae grows on submerged riverstones in a shiny brown/dark green coating, or as dark brown strands. When it dies it floats to the surface and forms small brown or white mats at the water’s edge
If a person in your group swallows even a small amount of toxic algae (coin sized or less) seek IMMEDIATE medical attention.
DOGS
Toxic algae is deadly to dogs, who love the taste of the mats which float at the river’s edge. Keep your dog on a leash and away from the water. If your dog swallows toxic algae seek immediate veterinary attention.

Water heroes are people who are prepared. You may not have any control when it comes to a major earthquake and its impact on the region, but you do have control about how you will respond and how prepared you and your family are.
Let us know how you're going by filling in our quick quiz and you'll be in the draw to win a Weber Baby Q BBQ and an emergency water pack!
Competition closes 5pm, Monday 4 March 2019.

Just as honeybees pollinating orchards provide a service that benefits humans through fruit production, birds provide a valuable service too. What native birds do you see in your garden?

"If your initial impression of Toastmasters was that of a stuffy, boring organisation where people gave toasts to each other, then I think you should look again". (Scott H. Young)
We agree - and next Wednesday (13 February) would be the perfect time :) Message us for more information.

Student at Wellington Hospital, and keen for a little work on the side, so am looking for some families in need of childcare!
I am primarily free during evenings and weekends, but depending on my schedule which regularly changes, I can also do during the day.
I have extensive experience with children of all ages (and babies) and have been looking after kids for the last 8 years! (experience with up to 5 kids at a time) I love kids and genuinely enjoy babysitting!
I have a full license and a safe car so able to drive kids as needed!
Would love to meet you, feel free to flick me a message if you're in need of any childcare!
Thanks, Lauren.
