Dissatisfied Wellington commuters have experienced it all this week - from missed connections, buses which failed to show, long waits for passengers, packed buses and some drivers who clearly didn't know their new routes. There were also issues with real-time information boards, Snapper card readers, and some drivers taking the wrong routes. How was your ride this week?
Make sure you are aware of all new routes by checking the Metlink website here.

What are your thoughts? Is that rude?
