12 Important Questions to ask when Choosing your Property Manager (Part 6 of 6)

Andrew from Personal Property Management

11) If required, will you go to court for me and what is your success rate?
PPM answer: We will go to court for you for free but this very rarely happens as we are very picky when choosing the right tenants for the property and normally have a good relationship with each tenancy.

12) Are you happy with your property manager?
PPM answer: If you already have a property manager and are not sure if they are doing the best for you or your property then I would be happy to sit down and walk you through how we are different from other companies. Also please check out our reviews on google for an idea of the service we provide.

Last one in the series - I hope this has helped when choosing a property manager. For any questions please call Andrew on 0274888933

Poll: Should drivers retake the theory test every 10 years?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Drivers get where they need to go, but sometimes it seems that we are all abiding by different road rules (for example, the varying ways drivers indicate around a roundabout).
Do you think drivers should be required to take a quick driving theory test every 10 years?

Vote in the poll and share any road rules that you've seen bent! 😱
