Nice modern place on town fringe, close to Willis Street. Gets the sun all day so is dry and warm.

$250 plus $30 expenses per week.

Bond is $500 plus two weeks rent & two weeks expenses.

3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Only sharing bathroom/shower with one other person.

Looking for flatmate to join two working professional guys in their 30s. One Brit and one American.

Large room that easily fits a double or queen. Large wardrobe.

At the moment the room is furnished with a king single bed but you can bring your own double.

Social and friendly house but not a party flat.

Nice deck and living area. Storage space available for bikes etc.
