Are You An Interested Marlborough Lines Consumer Wanting Increased Dividends?
As solicitors, we are representing a group of concerned Marlborough Lines consumers. If you are interested in supporting or joining this group of Concerned Consumers or have information that may assist in Marlborough Lines and Yealands Wines, please contact us confidentially.
The group believe that as the rightful final owners of Marlborough Lines, all consumers are entitled to full disclosure about:
• the purchase of Yealands Wines
• the impact on consumers’ dividends and asset values from the 'sugar' convictions
• the $22.8m payment made to the winery's outgoing owner
• the six years 'back pay' to the Marlborough Lines Managing Director, and
• the handling of these and other issues by the Trustees and the Marlborough Lines Directors.
The Concerned Consumers Group has sought to engage your representatives - the Trustees of the Marlborough Electric Power Trust - and also the Marlborough Lines Directors. But the Trustees and the Directors are resisting that. Contact: Email info@wigleylaw.com Phone: 04 472 3023 (Heather Taylor or Michael Wigley)
