Can you help us improve our services?
We want to improve our services for Aucklanders. To make sure we are on the right track, we are looking for people to give us feedback on the services we offer.
We are looking for people who:
• Are over 18 years old
• Don’t work for Auckland Council
• Have done one or more of the following since 1 January this year:
o Applied for a food licence
o Applied for a community grant or loan
o Made an official information request
o Phoned or emailed Council to get something fixed, such as noise, mowing or a damaged bin
o Requested a property information file or land information memorandum (LIM)
o Joined a Auckland Council library as a new member
o Applied for a building consent
o Made a submission on the Auckland Plan or 10-year plan
o Joined a leisure centre (gym or pool) as a new member
o Contacted Auckland Council on social media to get something fixed
