The completion of my trilogy
Kia ora,
My third and last book in the Whispers of the Past trilogy is out in PDF, Clearing of the Mist. The ebook version will be out shortly. My problem is getting my head around sending it up to Amazon. Not being a techie I really have to think about how to do it. so bare with me. Unfortunately, the paperback was to be printed by our local Central Design Print but the lockdown has thrown a spanner in the works so it won't happen until the LD is over.
It has taken six years to write the trilogy and I have enjoyed it immensely. Though I was nervous at first if it would be received well and would people buy the books. I shouldn't have worried unduly as I have over two hundred and fifty reviews on the first book Whispers of the Past and sixty on the second book Shadows of the Mind.
It is with great anticipation that the third book will be out. First in PDF, then Ebook and lastly paperback. The first two books are in all formats.
The only disappointment was I was to launch Clearing of the Mist at the local library in Waipukurau but the virus put paid to that. The library has suggested that when things are back to normal we should have a mega launch of all three books I do appreciate their support.
If you are thinking you would like to take a look at these books. The genre is New Zealand historical fiction and all the synopsis can be seen at www.owencloughbooks.com...
Exciting times, three books out a fourth halfway through set one hundred years into the future and I have a children's book in the wings needing an illustrator.
I must thank all those who have read my books to date, the support from local libraries around the country, school libraries, friends and family
In these uncertain times remember to stay safe, stay well and say put.
Kind regards, Owen Clough

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?
An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
