It was business as usual on Friday, September 3, 2010, for the staff at Blackwell’s Department Store in Kaiapoi.
The team was busy preparing for the Spring fashion sales, and the next day’s usual Saturday trading.
Little did they know what was to befall their business in the next 24 hours.
