Zombie Run for Lifeline Committee

Chrissy from Fernside

Hi Neighbours,

I'm looking for anyone who wants to be involved in organising and creating the Zombie Run in Rangiora scheduled for this Halloween. The Zombie Run is a charity event for Lifeline! If you think you have something to bring to the table like expertise on obstacles, events, bands, stages and speakers, design, building etc or just want to help out or want to try something new - we are calling out for potential committee members. Please contact me, message on Neighbourly, email chrissyjohns2013@gmail.com or text me 0224106046. I look forward to hearing from you and please share this around! A great event for an even better cause :)

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.
