Kia ora Kāpiti! Check out this video in the READ MORE button below from our Chief Executive, Darren Edwards explaining our Amohia stormwater project and the closure of Rimu Road, Paraparaumu.

Please take extra care in the area. We thank you for your patience and cooperation as we upgrade our infrastructure to reduce flooding and prepare our district to live with more rain.
Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?
An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
