QUEENS “MADE WITH LOVE” TEAPOT

George from Waikanae

Modern Fine China Teapot - Admiral shape - quirky design has intricate detail with a bohemian twist.
One litre capacity and pours beautifully.
Only used occasionally so hasn’t really built up much of a tannin patina yet.
Labelled as Microwave and Dishwasher safe but have never put it to the test.
Pick up from Waikanae; or Te Aro by arrangement. Can deliver in Kapiti district for $5 or Wellington area by negotiation.
Potential Christmas gift for a tea connoisseur.

Price: $20

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
