Service centres closed Tuesday 30 May
Next week our three service centres will be closed for the day on Tuesday 30 May to allow our Customer Service and Engagement team to attend a full-day course on front counter safety.
This includes the front counter desks inside the Ōtaki and Waikanae Libraries and the front desk of our Civic Centre building. The front doors will remain open at Civic so meetings can still go ahead. Our call centre will be operating as normal - www.kapiticoast.govt.nz...
As the rise in reports of aggressive interactions with customers continues, this is just one important part of our organisation’s commitment to the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff by equipping our people with the tools and skills to do their jobs safely.
