Yes, We Are OPEN
Yes, we are OPEN again! 24/7
We apologise that you had to resort to processed and pasteurised milk from supermarkets and other vending machines for the last week. We are aware that many of you experienced a great degree of inconvenience - be it in the form of having had to deal with the strange taste of non-raw milk, the absence of a nice cream layer or simply the awareness that you are consuming a processed, far-from-fresh product.
After a sudden fault in our plant which led us down a path of extensive investigation and servicing, we had to go through a thorough testing regime in accordance with Ministry guidelines to ensure that the issue had been identified and remidiated.
While the last week has been a stressful one, we are also thankful for having a system in place which allows for safeguarding our milk quality. We are continuing to jump through hoops but do not anticipate any more obstacles thrown our way...
Once again, our sincere apology for your inconvenience and thanks so much for your many emails and messages of support and kindness!
