Is it time to fix the potholes?
Do you support fixing the potholes on Fergusson Drive, upgrading H2O Xtream or a dog park?
Those are three of the options Upper Hutt residents are being asked to provide feedback on, as the council grapples with rising costs.
The options in front of residents include a 5.83 percent increase or a 6 percent increase.
