Hypnosis for a weight loss mindset
One of the last things I did in December, before breaking up for the holidays, was to attend an interview with the Editor of Diabetes NZ Magazine. The article, due for publication in March 2025, will talk about how I use hypnosis to help people with diabetes to stick to the diet plan from their Dietician, and stick to the health advice from their Doctor, plus a few other things too. (You'll have to read the article to find out what those other things are!) I'm looking forward to seeing my name in print (again), and can't wait to see it in March. I will of course post a link here when it's published
Meanwhile...
You don't have to be diabetic to benefit from hypnosis to maintain your healthy, weight-loss mindset. Maybe you have another health condition that would improve with weight loss, or maybe you just WANT to lose weight by choice?
I live in Upper Hutt, from where I see hypnosis clients online from all over NZ and overseas, too. You are welcome to contact me with any questions you may have, or call me on ++64 211532508 when you're ready to start your hypnosis weight loss journey
Here's to your journey
