I'm working on a travel story for Stuff about the things that have surprised returning Kiwis about New Zealand. If you have recently returned from overseas or know someone who has, it would be great to hear about the things that have stood out for you, for better or for worse. Falls Prevention Exercise
Upper Hutt Seniors this a a new exercise class for you. Join Age Concern Wellington at the Maidstone Sports Hub, 11 Railway Avenue, Maidstone at 11.00 am for a class designed for seniors to improve strength, help prevent a falls and make new friends. Bring a water bottle and flat comfy shoes.
