Are There Real Bad People In Our Neighbourhood

So a person whom the police were watching and trailing every move he made outside of his home or his place of residence for five years at our cost, was still able to cause terror and inflict terrible injury.
We are asked to report on people whom we suspect as breaking the law or likely to break the law yet quite often nothing comes of it even if it reaches into the serious realm.
Something is wrong with the Emperor and the Empire and its been laid bare.
He was known to the PM. Did she open her To Do file every other day and his name appeared near the top?

It's perverse, but could he not have been given a free passage to Australia years ago. Not that there is a city in Australia better than Dunedin.

Have you seen Colin?

Police are appealing for information to locate 14-year-old Colin, who has been reported missing in Titahi Bay.

He was last seen at around 6.15pm, Monday 4 November. He was wearing a khaki green sweatshirt and black-and-white striped basketball shorts, and riding an e-bike.
