Tēna koutou neighbours, The Post is currently investigating school zoning. We're interested to hear from parents/whānau about how they decided what school to send their children to. Did you send your child(ren) to the school you're in zone for (or the nearest school if you don't live inside a particular zone)? Did you enroll your child in a school out-of-zone? Did you move house to get into a particular school/zone? Bookfest: Giant Charity Book Sale
Bookfest is back for the first weekend in May!
Come on down to Whirinaki Whare Taonga in Upper Hutt, for a huge selection of books in over 40 categories, as well as magazines, games, jigsaw puzzles, CD’s, DVD’s and vinyl records (no audio or video tapes).
Come along and make your pre-winter selections at the 30th anniversary of this major event, there’s plenty to choose from!
Proceeds are for the benefit of the community in various ways.
