Tai Chi Class Holidays

Last class of 2020 is on Tuesday 15th December, 10am - 11am. Christmas brunch at Buzz Cafe afterwards.
This class reopens Tuesday 12th January, same time

Not Strictly Tai Chi, St Hilda's Church, Cruickshank Road, Upper Hutt
Last class of 2020 is on Tuesday 15th December, 7pm - 8pm
This class reopens Tuesday 19th January, same time

Following on from the holiday break, my January 2021 classes will ease students back into the gentle exercise and mindfulness of Tai Chi. This will be an ideal time for beginners to come along and give it a go.
