Advertising online gambling
I thought I would re-post here a question I just asked on Facebook
OK New Zealand, here's a reasonable question. Sensible answers invited...
Why is it that online gambling can be advertised on TV when other anti-social habits such as smoking and alcohol can't?
Gambling can be just as devastating to individuals, families and communities as the other 2, yet the advertising restrictions don't apply. Why is that?
What word sums up 2024, neighbours?
If 2020 was the year of lockdowns, banana bread, and WFH (work from home)....
In one word, how would you define 2024?
