Pop top camper for sale

Christine from Pirongia - Karamu

It is with much regret that I have decided to sell my EuroVan Campa6 pop top camper. Since my accident last year, I now find it almost impossible to lift and manage the camper and therefore it is time to sell.

The things I will miss the most is the comfort - thick foam mattress for all the 3 double beds (eg. sleeps 6 in camper and more in the awning if necessary); the fact that the canvas is dark brown which means it remains nice and dark in the morning (unlike in a tent where as soon as it is light, so is the tent) and the fact that you are off the ground so when it rains, there are no problems when in the camper.

There are lots of windows and they have plastic on the outside to protect from rain but this can be rolled up to let more air in. The windows also have mosquito nets on them. Most windows can roll up or zip open to let lots of light and ventilation through.

It has a sink and gas hob that connects to a 15kg bottle, three kitchen cupboards under the kitchen bench for storage, a pantry unit that hangs up above the bench, a separate 3 drawer unit for more storage and two huge storage areas underneath the couch/double bed. There is also a table that can be set up when one bed isn't in use and the two main beds, at either end of the camper, can stay set up permanently for your entire camp.

We've also added roof racks on top for carrying a small boat, kayaks or bikes, a metal cabinet on the front for gas bottle, power cords, etc as well as a tube for storing all the pools for the awning.
It has a current registration until 10/11/17 and I will get a WOF for it prior to sale.

This camper is in good, second hand condition. There are a few patches on the canvans but no leaks in the camper or awning canvas. The awning is held up by poles so there are no guy ropes (so not trip hazards).
For anyone interested, the best idea is to come and take a look for yourself.

I have tried to take some photos to give an idea of what it looks like but weren't able to set it up completely due to the rain coming and didn't want to close it up wet. The second photo only shows a portion of the end and there should be a frame holding the canvas up to form one of the beds. The photos of the inside are of the camper packed ready to close up so the cooker is upside down (it gets flipped over on onto the cubpoard unit). PS: Cat not included!!!

You can contact me on 021-221-8857. Regards, Christine.

Price: $4,500

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.

Do you have a most-hated intersection in Waikato?

Libby Totton Reporter from Waikato Times

New data has pinpointed Hamilton’s most dangerous intersections, including a high risk Cobham Drive turn off that a resident and driving experts believe should be shut for good.

While that turn into Grey St has resulted in the highest number of injuries, most crashes occurred at the bustling intersection of Te Rapa Straight and Wairere Drive.

What would you do if it was your job to fix Hamilton's CBD?

Libby Totton Reporter from Waikato Times

More alcohol restrictions, more lighting, busking rule changes and a whole lot of lobbying - these are some ways Hamilton leaders want to sort out the CBD.

Crime and anti-social behaviour in the area has been in the spotlight after recent news of a man defecating in the street near a city pub and another who flipped tables out the back of a bar after being found scrounging cigarette butts and asked to leave.
