Members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community are coming to Northland to educate about Islam and to fight Islamophobia. As part of the campaign, they will have Meet a Muslim coffee and cake sessions this Saturday at Kaitāia's Gecko Cafe from 1.30-2.30pm, and this Sunday at Dargaville's Bakehouse Cafe from 1pm to 2pm. Spokesperson Sabah Al-Zafar says the aim is for Kiwis to get to know Muslims and ask any questions they have about Islam.
