He Korowai Trust harassed tenant - what do you think?
Kaitaia's He Korowai Trust has been ordered by the Tenancy Tribunal to pay a former tenant $1000 after being found to have harassed her - including trying to evict her during level 4 lockdown, then "doubling down" on its mistake. Chairman Ricky Houghton said he has learnt a lot from the incident, and will now use a real estate agent to manage its tenancies, but will continue to help the homeless. The tenant said He Korowai needs to act more professionally. What do you think?
