Rates keep our towns moving
Rates invoices will be sent to all ratepayers (who have not already paid the year’s rates in full) from 1 May.
We know the Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on many families in our district, but rates are important to keep our district running smoothly – like ensuring households have safe drinking water, wastewater is taken away, rubbish is collected, cemeteries are available, and Civil Defence are on hand.

Auditions for the Te Aroha Little Theatre's production of "Varney the Vampire" will take place at 2pm on Sunday 6th April 2025 at the Little Theatre.
