The next round of Cardio Tennis begins at 6pm on Monday 27 June.
Cardio Tennis is a fun 60 minute high energy fitness activity that combines the heart pumping effects of tennis drills, games, and skills. It’s a great calorie burning aerobic and anaerobic workout, accompanied by Coach Pete’s legendary playlist and his insightful coaching tips. Cardio Tennis is a fun and very social activity for all ages and fitness levels.

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
