Next steps: Welcome Bay supermarket project
Thank you for having your say on a potential supermarket on Council-owned land in Welcome Bay. Councillors decided that the review should progress in alignment with the Welcome Bay and Ohauiti planning study, which is expected to take 6 to 9 months to complete. That means we’ll only know more once the study is completed early next year. We'll keep you posted.
