Leaky homes lawyer looks to join Edgecumbe legal class action

Hi neighbours,
Lawyer Matt Josephson represented many people affected by the leaky homes saga and he has teamed up with David Heaney QC to potentially sue the Bay of Plenty Regional Council on behalf of Edgecumbe residents displaced by the flood.

The public meetings will be held at St Davids Church, Edgecumbe on Friday at 4pm and on the Edgecumbe Cosmopolitan Club at 10am on Saturday.
