PUBLIC MEETING TONIGHT & LIVE-STREAM hosted Hon Judge Health re TCC and BELLA VISTA evicted property owners
The LIVE LINK for tonight's meeting at the ASB Arena hosted by Hon Paul Heath investigating the eviction of property owners from their Bella Vista homes at The Lakes.
Only accepting questions from parties who are directly impacted or interested in the Bella Vista developments - Hmmm. I would have thought this potentially $20 million matter VERY MUCH is of interest to and affects DIRECTLY all who reside in and pay rates to Tauranga City Council.
Kia ora,
Our company has been contracted to provide a livestream of the Bella Vista Community Meeting on 8 May, so residents and owners not in attendance are able to view the meeting and submit questions.
Please note this is being streamed through Facebook Live, so you will need a Facebook account to view the stream. The livestream will begin when the meeting commences at 7pm NZT. You can view the livestream by visiting this page –

If you would like to put a question forward to the host of the meeting, Honourable Paul Heath QC, you are able to do so by submitting it in the comments thread under the video (or by private message to the page). Please note, we are only accepting questions from parties who are directly impacted or interested in the Bella Vista developments. As such, you will need to clearly state your real name and how you are directly connected to, or interested in the Bella Vista developments (e.g. homeowner of one of the developments.) Any question not accompanied by this information will not be passed on to Paul. Please note we may not be able to answer all questions due to timing, but your questions will all be recorded and passed on to Paul Heath.
For those attending the meeting, please note we will have three cameras set up in the room and will be recording audio as well.
Regards, C2 team

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
