NZIFF 2021 on now in Tauranga
Hey film fans – Whānau Mārama: New Zealand International Film Festival (NZIFF) is on now in Tauranga with 42 feature films from 17 countries screening at Rialto Tauranga.
The programme is jam-packed with award-winning films from around the globe and a fantastic collection of New Zealand films.
Explore films that will open new windows on inner worlds, films to inspire passionate debate, and films which thrill, challenge and move you to laugh and cry. On until Sunday 5 December.
Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
