A new 5 week 'Meditation Made Easy' course is being offered by the Tauranga Meditation Centre to those interested in learning to meditate, or taking a refresher course. A number of techniques will be taught. Run by Certified Meditation Teacher. Calm your mind and change your life. No Tuition cost. No religious instruction involved. Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)

Introduction using your Android phone starts 19th November. Android course booking closes Friday 15th.
Plus, user group workshops of two-hour duration for Ai and Windows programs are being held at the Tauranga SeniorNet Club during the month of November.
