Noisy neighbours top the list of what makes an 'annoying neighbour'. Have you ever struggled with a noisy neighbour? How did you manage the situation? Should there be a Sunday morning noise ban? Maybe you'd like New Zealand neighbourhoods to be more like they were 'back in the day' with quiet Sunday mornings - or even a day of rest. What noise do you find the hardest to cope with?
