House prices for Tauranga are on the rise.

Tauranga house prices have jumped 3.9 per cent year on year, according to new data. The latest data from the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand showed the median house price in Tauranga jumped from $635,000 in May 2017 to $660,000 last month.
