After 15 years ownership I am selling my unit title apartment in Fiji at The Terraces resort complex. One bedroom/ground floor/fully furnished/self contained luxury and only a few minutes walk to cafes, restaurants, bars and the marina. As owner you are entitled to 83 free nights per year -no daily fees (or compulsory cleaning fees unlike other resorts). Pool , proximity, perfect. This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
