What's in a name? Thanks for your input!
Last month we asked you if we should better reflect our Māori heritage in the names we choose for streets, reserves and other public places in Tauranga. We got 843 responses (thank you!) and about 80% of them supported the idea. We're using the feedback to confirm the direction of the draft naming policy, and we'll bring this back to you in November for the formal consultation phase.

Walk around the Mount on Tuesdays
Last Tuesday we have had two extra people who joined us for this walk after I have promoted it here in Neighbourly. I hope we will have you two again and some more tomorrow! Weather forecast is reasonable - we might be lucky to finish our walk before the rain comes.
This one was sent in by your fellow neighbour, can you figure it out?
What is first white then red and the plumper it gets the more the old lady likes it?
