Attention: Welcome Bay residents
Update July 2pm - The water main is now fixed and supply to Welcome Bay is back to normal. Thank you to everyone who made an effort to conserve water!

Welcome Bay residents are urged to conserve water for the next 24 hours.
We are working hard on fixing a complicated water mains break. This issue is reducing our ability to supply water into the Welcome Bay area and may be causing low pressure in Welcome Bay as well as Papamoa.
We are asking Welcome Bay residents to conserve water where possible for the next 24 hours, to ease pressure on supply in the area.
