Hi guys, I am looking for one or two boarders to share my four bedroom house in welcome bay with myself and my 10yr old son. $180 plus a share of the power and water bills which would be approximately $20 extra oer week. You will have your own bathroom/toilet/shower. Lovely subdivision-rural views (ballintoy park drive). Includes unlimited fibre, netflix, rubbish, heating, landline phone, basic household items. Will just need your own food/toiletries and preferably linen. Both rooms have waredrobes and one has a single bed. Please message me for any other info. Must be working/studying fulltime. Tauranga SeniorNet Club  term four program starts on the 14th of October for seniors. The course timetable for Smart TV and Phones, iPad, iPhone, Mac Book. PC Computers, Facebook, Genealogy, and other programs are available on the club’s website to view. The club is holding an open and registration day for courses on Tuesday 1st October at the club. Building 70 at the Tauranga Historic Village from 10.00 a.m. until 1.45 pm. Club subscription and course fees apply. Eftpos and online banking is available.
